Sarina Virmani is a high school student and the founder of ElevateVoices. Since its launch under Sarina’s guidance, ElevateVoices has conducted over 100 public speaking and literacy workshops—both in-person and online. They have also partnered with organizations like Grand Hyatt DC and Ritz-Carlton to organize fundraisers and donation drives, benefiting charities such as Mobile Hope and LAWS.
In addition to leading ElevateVoices, Sarina is a World Literacy Foundation Global Ambassador and an accomplished debater, earning national recognition in Public Forum debate. She also serves as a representative on the Loudoun County Equity Committee and the Youth Advisory Committee, where she helps organize events and create policies that promote leadership, equity, and community engagement. She’s passionate about the environment as well, confounding a podcast that is dedicated towards exploring the interaction between sustainability and business.
She strongly believes in amplifying the voices of those who are underrepresented to make positive change and is excited to keep growing ElevateVoices.
