ElevateVoices provided public speaking classes for kids at our local library. As a librarian who works with multiple presenters, I was blown away by how organized Sarina is and how well she interacts with a wide range of ages. The kids had a blast with the exercises and visibly came out of their shells by the end. Parents, too, gave rave reviews - so much so that we've invited ElevateVoices back multiple times!

I like the session a lot, and in the full year I've been doing it, it has been very enjoyable, fun, easy to understand, and over all, amazing. I liked the island game (no surprise). But more importantly, I learned how to make an argument.

ElevateVoices helped me feel more comfortable speaking in front of my class. The instructors explain things really well, and I like that the lessons are fun and self-paced. I've even gotten better at organizing my thoughts and creating speeches!

Sarina helped me throughout the process to set up the classes. She provided me with funding to help me with organizing the classes and reach students. Through her funding, we were able to do radio advertisements and paper advertisements and reach many people.

I love this (public speaking class) group, so calming! I’m so happy I joined!!! I feel so LIT UP!! And everyone is so nice!

I took 6 weeks of classes and really feel more comfortable speaking up for myself. I learned that people listen more when you present your ideas in a calm, organized way.

I love that ElevateVoices added an advocacy angle to their debate/public speaking classes. Sometimes, we think of debate as arguments but it can used for good as well. They did a session where the kids had to make a persuasive speech and evidence to back up their statements. Then they had to present it in front of the class. What great experience that many adults even do not have.
